• the time constraints during which the lawyer is obliged by the circumstances of the case to act in order to provide effective legal services.

• (a) - hourly fees;

The hourly fee is set per working hour, i.e. a fixed amount of monetary units, due to the lawyer for each hour of professional services he provides to the client.

The hourly and fixed fee (flat rate) is due to the lawyer regardless of the result obtained by the provision of professional services.
The lawyer may receive periodic fees from a client, including in flat-rate form.
The lawyer has the right, in addition to the fixed fee, to request and obtain a successful fee, as a complement, depending on the result or the service provided.
The successful fee consists of a fixed or variable amount, set for the lawyer to achieve a certain result. The successful fee can be agreed together with as hourly or fixed.
